1.How to purchase ?
Click on the PURCHASE BUTTON and Email us @ tinselgurus@yahoo.com.sgand make payment within 24hrs (unless otherwise stated)
2.What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment by POSB Transfer , as it is immediate and we can mail out your merchandise to you quicker (unless otherwise stated) without having to make constant checks on the status of payment. Sorry we don't accept orders over phone -
3.Erm i don't have POSB credit/debit card. What alternate payment methods do you accept?
Chill don't panic- Just email us at tinselgurus@yahoo.com.sg stating what you would like to order and how YOU would like to pay and we can take things from there. We're not THAT HEARTLESS!!
4.Do you ship internationally?
Of course!! For our desi and hollywood fans-you are required to bear the cost of postage which varies depending on where you are residing.Please email us at tinselgurus@yahoo.com.sg with the subject : INTERNATIONAL BUYER with your location of residence and we will keep in touch further on ways to ease the mode of payment and shiping cost !! : )
5.What shipping methods are available ?
We ship via SingPost Postal Service. The rates are based on 1) your location, 2) the weight of your package, and 3) the shipping method that you choose. FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, email us at tinselgurus@yahoo.com.sg and we will further assist you on the details.
6.Normally How much are they cost ?
Local postage for normal mail costs $2.00 per item, regardless of the weight of the item. Registered mail costs an additional $2.20 in addition to the cost of normal mail. All prices quoted are in SGD.
7.What is Normal Mail And Registered Mail?
Normal mail means You're a No-Fuss Easy Bird Customer. You are satisfied with just a regular standard mail sent via SingPost Postal Services. You also can save money as there will be no extra charges incurred aside from the local postage costs.
Registered mail articles means You're typicllay KIASU & wants Mr.Postman to come and knock on your door to present you with the Merchandise You Bought !! - which is generally advisable.Each registered article is issued with a Registered Article (RA) Number which enables the buyer/seller to verify or track down the status of the article in the event it has not arrived. The RA Number can be found on the posting receipt that is issued by the Post Office. It is a 9 digit number that begins with RR and ends with SG.
Registered mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service. We will always give you the RA Number so as you can check the status of your parel. Click here to do so .
8.How long will my Merchandise Arrive ?
Patience is a virtue, it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days after we received your payments. The slightly longer wait is because we do not hold physical stocks. If we got held up, we will defiently email you and compensate for the e.g "loss or delay". We will definetly be in touch on status of delivery until the Merchandise is on your doorstep. So don't worry ok !ATTN:INTERNATIONAL BUYER (Please kindly allow at least 18 working days for delivery of overseas registered articles before raising an enquiry.
9.Can I make changes to my order?
Of course you can, provided you e-mail us at tinselgurus@yahoo.com.sg within 24 hours of placing your order. But be warned, we are pretty fast at dispatching your merchandise so try not to be fickle-minded!
10.Can i have a REFUND ?
We let you change order , but we can't afford to do refunds ok! So please, pretty please make sure you want to buy it or further email us your queries before you choose to purchase it.
11.How do I wash & iron my t-shirts?
Keep it short and simple, its just in your face -INSIDE OUT & WARM and then LOW. Always iron them INSIDE OUT TOO!!
